How It Works:

• Invitations to participate in live moderated sessions may be sent via email or during your interactions with a company's website that is conducting the research.
• Prior to each session, you'll be asked for access to your microphone and camera to facilitate communication with the moderator.
• During the session, the moderator will guide you through tasks and pose questions requiring your feedback. Consent will be sought before any recording occurs, and you will receive notification prior to the start of recordings.

Who Collects the Information?

The Live UserZoom app captures and stores your responses during the sessions, which may include audio and video content from your camera and microphone. Rest assured, notifications will clearly inform you before any recordings commence.

It is important to note that the Live UserZoom app is active exclusively during research sessions. When you are not participating, it does not collect or record any data.
